INTRODUCTION:
Endeavor is an Institute Who Gives Career Guidance. The effort, as the name suggests, is a
journey, a mission, a movement! With the proper guidance and rigorous practice, backed by
a burning desire to excel and preserve repentantly, even an average student can very well
crack a national level entrance exam. This is the attitude that Endeavor fosters in its students
and hopes to clear the myths surrounding entrance exam preparation initiated due to the
proliferation of revenue-oriented coaching centers throughout the country.
How many times have you stopped pursuing a dream, just because you thought you didn’t
have the caliber? What if someone told you could do it and guide you? Would you have
tried? What if someone pushed your limits? What if learning is made addictive?

That’s what Team Endeavor (as they like to call it) has been doing for more than a decade
now. Unlike many other coaching institutes, Endeavor focuses on shaping the aptitude and

METHOD AND METHODOLOGY:
Primary data is data gathered for the first time by the researcher. It is the raw form of data
and thoroughly studied and hence, a helpful tool for secondary data. Here the method used
for the collection of primary data is by using a reference to the website.
The referred websites in this project are used as a source of data for this project. Most of the
content is collected from these websites. The authenticity of this information cannot be taken
seriously, and thus, keeping that in mind, most of that data might be real or fake.

CONCLUSION:
Career Counselling has always been necessary, but only recently, got the recognition it
deserves. Earlier, people sought out career counselors, for a change in careers, only after
they got a job and were unhappy with it. Now, people recognize that this isn’t ideal. What is
noteworthy is to consider why people change careers.
It doesn’t take much thinking to understand that someone who does that was never
convinced of what career they should take. Such a decision usually stems from school. Many
students make career choices based on the most picked profession among their peers. They
don’t, for once, consider what they like until it’s too late.
Picking a career usually comes after choosing a course. If a student doesn’t pick the right
direction, it would inadvertently affect their career choice. A recent study showed that 1 in 3
students are unhappy with the course that they chose. That is nearly half a million
dissatisfied university students! Such figures only point to one obvious truth – The
importance of career guidance in schools.
To find the right career, there needs to be an understanding of what course to take and if
capabilities match interests. A student might want to get into architecture thinking he’s good
at math and that drawing a building isn’t too tricky. In reality, there is much more to
architecture than that, and there is a high possibility of him wanting to pursue another career
at the end of the first year itself.
DISCUSSION:
How is Endeavor for CAT?
Harsha Dhoot answers, “Don’t think much and go for it. You won’t regret your decision. I
know how it feels to get stuck between two options and especially when it is related to our
career. Go for Endeavor, and I assure you that you won’t regret your decision. The extra
efforts they make to develop an individual is commendable. You will be an altogether
different personality. You will be able to feel inner growth and development. But it depends
on an individual how much they can take from the institute. They have the best faculties who
are ready to serve you whenever you ask them. They have a great team who always try to
provide you with all the best things. Even Endeavor mocks are also useful.

Endeavor – The approach of this coaching center is entirely different and brings out the best
in you, provided you are committed to learning. They pamper you like anything; the faculty is
friendly and available all the time. They let you study/read in the reading room. They
enhance your reading skills, vocabulary, and GK, prepare you for GDs/PIs.Being an exstudent,
I would recommend anyone preparing for an entrance to enroll here without a
second thought. Unlike some coaching centers where you are left on your own, this place
