Subject: Complaint Against Mr. Joaquim Lesigues

Sir/Madam,

With due respect, I, SG. Calumpiano, Francis, was on duty at M- Tech/ PGP Building
located at 379/381 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue Corner Paseo De Roxas St. Brgy. Bel- Air Makati
City.
I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the unprofessionalism of Mr. Joaquim
Lesigues who worked as detachment commander. I would like to inform you that an incident
took place on the second floor of the M- Tech building Collection Department last January 4,
2024, between 0630H to 0700H during our guard mounting.
On the mentioned date I humbly asked my detachment commander about my duty at
the parking area where I'm assigned to monitor. But before I finished my statement Mr.
Lesigues started to yell at me and pointed his fingers towards me. We had an argument. He
said that I don't have a right to talk back to him. I told him that he was abusing his authority.
He yelled at me again and decided to pull me out of the formation.
I felt embarrassed and humiliated at that moment. The people in that department and
my co-employees who were part of the guard mountain witnessed the incident. Even them
were shocked by the attitude and reactions of Mr. Lesigues. He made a memo, stating that I'm
a liar. I would like to request from your good department, to further details about the incident
you may review the CCTV on the area to support as evidence of my complaint.
Mr. Joaquim Lesigues was an unprofessional commander and not a good model to his
subordinate despite the fact that he was only new in his position.
