Who inspires you and why?
Les Brown is one of my favorite
motivational speakers, his story and his
relentless drive are truly inspiring.
Do you have a charitable cause you
care about?

a very special place in my heart, oh I
have rescued and fostered several of
them, they are genuinely the sweetest
creatures on the planet.

Being a photographer myself I would

my favorite.
What do you think is wrong with the
world?
I see so many people only focusing on
what they don’t like, it’s created such a
negative mindset for a huge portion of
the population. If we all just focused on
the things that made us happiest the
world would be a lot better place.
What’s right in the world?
We have more opportunities than ever
before, I think the pandemic taught me
that you don’t just have to have one
career, or one focus for the rest of your
life. It’s a good thing to explore all of
your talents, and now is a great time to
branch out, to try something new.

after this pandemic is over?
I really haven’t let it slow me down,
when I had to leave my job, I found
new creative ways to earn an income
that I truly enjoy. I developed some new
hobbies like photography and had more
time to focus on my personal goals for
the future.

Who’s the best person to talk to when
you need them?

If you can’t count on your mom to give
you the cold hard truth, who can you?
Should books be determined to be
outdated and no longer functional?
No way, I would rather have the physical
book and turn the pages myself I’ve
never been into reading on a tablet.
Who is your favorite role model and
why?
Lady Gaga, she it’s a pioneer of
acceptance for all. Nowadays feminism
gets misconstrued by a lot of people,
but she is one of the individuals that
remind us what the term truly means
at its core, equality for everyone
regardless of gender.
Do you have a favorite number?
I don’t think I have a favorite number, I
do love catching repeating numbers on
the clock, like 11:11 or 3:33. But as far
as numbers go, I like them all equally!
Do you care at all about Astrology?

to gain a deeper understanding of
yourself, however I don’t think it predicts
how your life will go, you are always in
control of that.
Thoughts on city life versus country
life?
I grew up on a farm in the middle of
nowhere, I will always be an animal
Lovin country girl at heart. I enjoy
visiting cities but wouldn’t really want
to live in a big one.
Where will you be in exactly one year
from this moment?
Well, I’m plotting my island escape as
we speak! I’m packing up and setting
off to the Caribbean, I’ve always loved
the sense of freedom I feel when I
look out over the ocean. By this time
next year, I’ll be in my favorite place in
the world listening to the waves crash
against the shore.
Is it ever okay to cheat at anything,
why or why not?
The only thing it’s OK to cheat on is a
diet! When you cheat on anything else
you’ll never really win.
What would you wear on the perfect
date?
Bikini flip-flops and maybe a little beach
dress.
One thing you’d change, if you ruled
the world.
I would make it mandatory, just like
school, for children to travel. Every child
would get one summer to travel to at
least three different countries, and it
wouldn’t cost their family a penny.
My story in less than 5 minutes...
I grew up on a farm in Kentucky, until
about 4th grade I can honestly say
I spent more time with goats than
people.
I moved to Louisville as a young adult
CPFIQVO[ƒTUVPQPTGUVCWTCPVLQDCU
a makeup artist. I would not consider
myself a girly girl, but I love getting
glammed up from time to time.
I have always found myself working in
sales, and really enjoying the interaction
with people. I am currently an insurance
agent, and after achieving my personal
goals in this career I’m looking forward
to the next phase of my journey.
As exciting and fast paced as my life
has been as an adult, I’m really looking
forward to slowing things down a bit
taking more time to stop and enjoy
nature and all the beauty around me.
I want to experience something
different, but also get back to my roots.
Living on a little island in the Caribbean
will be the perfect mixture of the two,
so that’s where I’m headed next!
If your life was made into a movie, who
would play your part and which actor
would you want to be your leading
man?
I’ve never really thought about it….
Marilyn Monroe has always been my
favorite actress but since she is out
of the question, I would say Katherine
Heigl. She has that classic beauty, but
also plays out those quirky awkward
real-life moments well, and there’s

My guy looks a lot like Karl Urban, and I
loved his character in “The Boy’s”.
