ARTICLE 80 - CONSPIRACY Conspiracy is an agreement where it is

between people or groups to commit a crime
at some time in the future; this is a
requirement for committing organized crime.
By making the planning (or in agreement)
 stage of a crime illegal, the conspiracy aims to
extend responsibility “backwards”.

ARTICLE 85 - REBELLION Betraying the national police by supporting or

assisting a foreign power or a violently
opposing party by providing arms or the
means to kill personnel, as well as espionage
and spying.

ARTICLE 86-B - ASSAULTING A HIGHER When someone willingly mistreats, kills, or

typically carries legal consequences, as it can
lead to public unrest and threaten the stability
and security of a society or nation.

CASE SUMMARY FOR

THE DEFENDANTS:
The SWAT High Command has informed the Internal Affairs Service Director, Reset49337824
regarding a planned rebellion and conspiracy on December 22, 2023 that they have received
from an “Intel” that happened in a Private Server which is CLASSIFIED. The scheme involves
the defendants (Former SWAT Personnel) planning an attack on High Profile Officials such as
Government Officials and Personnel as well as the National Headquarters Officials during an
event after successfully infiltrating SWAT as alt accounts in order to have the SWAT reformed
and to damage the integrity of SWAT internally and to harm the trust on the said division. In
response to avoid this, the Internal Affairs Service swiftly took action upon receiving this Intel.

VERDICT
After careful consultations with my superiors; Inspector General, and Deputy Inspector General,
I find all defendants guilty on all charges, they will be prosecuted for their deeds, and IAS will
ensure their punishment.
