WINGLEADER TARGETDEFENCE
Started by Ravi Saharan in 2016, He joined the Indian Military Academy 132 Reg,
course in Jan 2012 as a Gentleman Cadet. He joined the Air Force Academy in the
flying branch as a Flight Cadet in august 2012 and flew Helicopters At AFA and
Helicopter Training School, Hakimpet.

Stage 1: This stage consists of Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) tests and
Picture Perception & Description Test (PP & DT). Stage 1 is a screening
test. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of combined
performance in OIR Test and PP & DT.
Stage 2: This stage is conducted for four (4) days. Stage II consists of
Psychology Tests, Group Testing Officer Tasks (GTO Tasks), Interview &
Conference.
PIQ Forms: In this form, candidates have to fill their personal details
regarding educational profile, family background, etc. This form is very
important. It forms a base of questions, which might be put to an
aspirant at the individual interview round. The responses will be
analyzed by the psychologist of the Board.
Picture Perception and Discussion Test (PP & DT): This test includes
story writing and discussion. A picture will be shown to the candidates
for 30 seconds and candidates have to write a story based on the
picture in 3 minutes.
Situation Reaction Test (SRT): In this test, candidates will get a booklet
with 60 situations written on it. Candidates have to write their
responses based on those 60 situations.
Self Description Test (SD): In this test, candidates have to write their
opinion about their parents, themselves, friends, teachers & others.
The time will be allotted 15 minutes.
Half Group Tasks: This round is same as PGT but the numbers of group
members will half. Candidates get more chance to show their potential.
Group Obstacles Race or Snake Race: In this round, all group members
will compete to the other groups. Candidates are required to cross
certain obstacles with the snake-like rope.
Day 5 (Conference):
On the final day, candidates & all the SSB board member sit together
and have a chat to the candidates to ask a few general questions. The
conference is just to decide whether you recommend as an officer in
Indian defense forces or not. Candidates are required to come before
the complete Board of Examiners, which is consisted of President,
Deputy President, all the GTOs, all the psychologists and Technical
Officer.
Within an hour, the SSB result will be declared after completion of the
board meeting. Selected candidates undergo medical test for further 3
or 5 days. After qualifying candidate’s medical test, the final merit list
will be announced.

you must be aware of details of profession you're assigning him.

Priya was living in Satna district. One day, she got to know from her
friends that District level Tennis team selection was going to happen
after a month. She informed immediately to her younger brother who
was passionate about Tennis. She helped him in making daily plan for
practice and studies, in morning hours she accompanied him for
excercise and running, took permission from her father's company
authority to utilise their tennis court, in evening after her work hours
accompanied her brother for practice, also reminded him throughout for
good and healthy diet, motivated and encouraged him throughout , on
the final day her brother went confidently taking blessings of Priya and
parents, performed well there with his full might and got selected for the
team.

Pinal Maru, 21 years old 3rd Year Naval cadet at 1 Raj Naval Unit Ajmer.
On 30th August she was called by Chief Petty Officer to conduct CATC
camp in unit for 600 cadets on 20th September. She with help of Admin
dept. took the list of 10 schools associated with her unit and sent an
invite via Email of unit. She called a meeting of 10 3rd year and 10 2nd
year cadets, divided work like Tent Setup, cultural programs, weapon
cleaning, MI room set up, Sports activities and assigned to each team of

University Swimming Pool, and Army Shooting Range. 3 days before
camp she along with 5 juniors and 2 Petty officers took boat, and rowing
equipments to check beforehand at Anasagar. With timely preparation
and regular follow up during camp at night they all organised a successful
CATC camp at unit for 600 JD, SD, SW cadets
