Subject: GTHMICR2 – Micro Perspective of Tourism and Hospitality

As of now, I really look forward to going to the beach. It has been a long time
since I’ve been there, and the beach that has been on my travel list is in La Union. I
also really miss being there because I feel most peaceful being on the beach. The
sounds of the waves and the breeze of the wind while watching sunsets made me
feel relaxed and escape from all the other things. If I were to travel there, I would be
a psychocentric person because I prefer to be adventurous and explore new things.

As indicated in the image, this destination pulls me to go through La Union. I

heard this place was the surfing capital of the north in the Philippines, and it would
be interesting to try how to surf, and it seems fun to experience it. Also, I would want
to volunteer at Project Curma as one of the patrols and guide baby turtles back to
the sea. I would also want to try picking grapes at Gazuz Grapes Farm as a
souvenir. Especially visiting other famous places around and trying different foods
there.

As part of the travel, you will not be mistaken to find places that are good for
taking pictures, and as stated earlier, visiting famous places around was one of the
things that pulled me to travel to La Union. The dubbed Santorini of Asia,
Thunderbird Resorts & Casinos, would be great to experience their
accommodations, foods, and the place itself like you are in Santorini. Also, I heard
there were restaurants, cafes, and spots to drink around there that were great for
hanging out with friends. All in all, I really find La Union to be one of the best
destinations to go if you want to be on the beach and relieve your stress within
yourself.
