➢ CLEARLY LABEL AND SEPERATE THE HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE FROM REGULAR WASTE
TO AVOID ACCIDENTAL MISS HANDLING
➢ COMMUNICATE WITH VENDOR AND HOUSEKEEPING STAFF IN BEFORE HAND
➢ PLACE HAZARDOUS MATERIALS IN SEALED CONTAINER TO PREVENT LEAKS OR SPILLS
➢ COLLECT RAZORS ,BROKEN GLASS ITEMS, BLADES IN TRANSPERNT CONTAINER TO MAKE IT
VISIBLE TO HOUSE KEEPING
STEP BY STEP RESIDENTS ROUTINE
 Timing for Dustbin Placement:
Place dustbins with segregated waste (ATLEAST 2 IN NUMBER WITH SEPARATE BAGS)in front of villas
between 8 am and 8:45 am. Pick-up service is scheduled for 9 am.
 Collection Process:Housekeeping staff will collect and dispose of waste to the designated vendor.
Empty bins will be placed back after disposal.
 Timely Disposal: Residents should strictly follow timings for garbage disposal. Disposal before 7 am or
overnight is not allowed to avoid issues with stray animals.
 Wet Waste Guidelines: Wet waste should be in garbage covers to prevent spillage issues.
 Consequences of Non-Compliance: Failure to adhere to timings may result in uncollected waste and
potential mess.
Penalties will be imposed for incorrect waste segregation, especially for sanitary, wet, and hazardous waste.
