1- Display PNR by locator *XXXXX

2- Determine air dates/ city pairs/ time guidelines/class of service in NVS
3- Check availability: 116AUGLISSFO (Use qualifiers if needed)
4- Sell seats 02Z1*
5- ALWAYS Price flight right away : WPNCB¥PPFA¥S1-2
6- If you want to find other options with lower fares: WPNI¥PPFA¥S1-2 (bargain finder)
7- Sell WPNI option if you find something better – remember to check flight times, connection
times, overnight flights – flights must be within guidelines
8- Clean up PNR / cancel YY segments, add ARNK if needed
9- To cancel a flight: X1 X3-5 (cancels segments 3-5) X2/4 (cancels segments 2 & 4)
10- Store fares (PQ’s) using Scribe Scripts (this will also add most OSI’s & automatically ER your PNR
if everything is correct)
11- Once ER is done, IR PNR a couple times to make sure you have record locators
12- Determine TAW line date (*T) *check PQ’s for last date to purchase & *P4 for messages
from airlines / date must be on a weekday & not a holiday / TAW date needs to be earlier than

13- Book seats 4G1* book seats, save & close , ER PNR, make sure seats are confirmed, should
show HRS in PNR: UA8830P 22AUG Q ATLFRA*HK2 405P 700A 23AUG F HRS
*B – displays assigned seats
