The ABM3000 is an efficient and cost effective – Auto sand wash
mill for running large batch samples. Able to programmed to clean out
run up to 23 samples at a maximum of 1000g the mill between samples
per sample the ABM is fully programmable
through the use of a PLC controller. The PLC – Two chromium head sizes
allows the Operator to have full control over to choose from; with easy
the milling time and clean out cycles as well changeover of the milling head
as all other mill functions. Safety interlocks – Full compressed air blow
are situated on all doors to prevent Operators down and vacuum clean
from opening any doors while the machine is in between samples
operation.
