hereby name, constitute and appoint AIDA G. GARIANDO, Filipino, of legal age, and a
resident of Brgy. 76 Fatima, Tacloban City, to be my true and lawful attorney, for me and in
my name, place, and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things to wit:

1. To process, apply for connection, and receive from LEYECO II and Prime Water, Tacloban
Leyte Metro;

2. To make, sign and deliver any contract, papers and documents which may be necessary to
carry into effect the herein authority granted to her;

3. To attend seminars in relation to application of the same; and

4. To make payments as maybe required in relation to the authority granted to her.
