Ferry There are several allegations that people do not
practice SWA, for example:
a. Crew Lacks self-confidence,
b. Crew does not understand the importance
of SWA and
c. Crew are reluctant to do SWA which causes
someone not to dare to do SWA

assessment with HSE
Personnel to ensure whether
activity need PTW or not, like
how the assessment result
related the height distance
from the top of the ISO Tank to
the floor, whether you need to
use a body harness or not.
Irwan: HSE & FS will discuss
related the equipment

should be standby at hot work

to all level personnel in PPLI
Irwan: Based on Rules of PPLI,
if activity under FS, so FS
prepare SOP / WI

purchasing for order process

HSE need to build motivation
and build team confidence so
that a HSE culture can be
formed through the SWA
program.
