NARRATIVE REPORT IN BRIGADA ESKWELA 2023

Brigada 2023 kicked off with great enthusiasm and passion as the teachers, parents and community
members of Borongborongan Elementary School came together to participate in the annual event with the theme
“Bayanihan para sa Matatag na Paaralan”. The main objective was to promote uniry and cooperation among
stakeholders to ensure a conducive learning environment for our students.
The success of Brigada 2023 would not have been possible without the collaborative efforts of the school’s
organizing committee, led by our school head Mr. Emilia E. Gorom. Planning started weeks in advance and
meetings were held to discuss the tasks, responsibilities, and allocation of resources. The committee’s goal was to
make the event more impactful and beneficial for our school community.
Clean-Up and Beautification Drive: On the day of the event, volunteers brought their cleaning materials and
worked tirelessly to clean, repair and beautify the school campus. The spirit of bayanihan was evident as parents
and community members actively participated alongside the school staff. Because of the collective effort of
everyone involved created s positive impact on our school community. Through this annual event, we were
reminded of the power of unity, collaboration and the spirit of Bayanihan in achieving a common goal. As a
Teacher III, I am grateful to have been part of this meaning endeavor, and I look forward to witnessing the lasting
effects it will have our students and their educational journey. Together, we have built a stronger and more
resilient school environment for the betterment of our future generations.
