Introduction
 Indian engineering industry is a major contributor to county’s economy.
The engineering sector in india comprise basic industries such as metal, steel
electrical machinery etc. the today’s market competition demand plays vital
role. Even though many companies have formed year by year the competition
goes higher but still there is demand for right product from customer’s side.
The engineering goods sector consisting mainly of intermediate and capital
good which have fared better during 2016. The engineering industry comprises
of both heavy and light engineering sectors. The heavy engineering market
contributes to about 80% of the engineering production. As from my
experience in the Engineering field for years I found it’s the right business to
do. To fulfill their requirement in terms of superior quality and delivery at right
time is the ultimate aim of our business. In current scenario this aspect is very
challenging. And there is huge scope in the Sheet Metal Components
Industries, Textile Machines Spares, Electrical Component and Heavy
Engineering market.
The thrust given by the government on infrastructure development, the
capacity addition done by the steel, power, refineries and chemical all provide
further fillip to the engineering industry segment.
The company will be established by promoter. Mr. PATEL DHARMESH
NARSINHBHAI He is belong to business savvy family. His family is capable to

Land and Building : The will be required appox. 50.00 lacs for
developing.

Plant and Machinery : The Factory unit are required a plant and
machinery and other small equipment. The estimate cost for plant and
machinery is appox Rs.20.00 lacs. The plant and machinery is
indigenously available. Production capacity will be 20 Ton.

Mis. Fixed Assets : Under this head provision’s give for electrification,
furniture , office equipment etc.
Utilities : The unit required water 10 KL per day and electricity are the
major required27KW.

Organization Structure : The unit will be under the control by the

promoter, who will control the entire operation of the unit and
supervision for various discipline such as job work, store, Maintenance,
Administration, finance are also provided.
