PANTUKAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, TOWNSITE, KINGKING, PANTUKAN, DAVAO DE ORO.

MEMBERS PRESENT- Please see attached Attendance Sheet

Resolution No. 001, S. 2023 Requesting Honorable Ruwel Peter S. Gonzaga,

Congressman- District II Of Davao De Oro Province to Allocate Funds for construction
of Pantukan Elementary School Gym Stage With Two (2) Comfort Rooms.

Whereas, the PTA-BOD upon convening with their new School Head- Mrs. Hilda F.
Galo discussed activities, programs and projects to be accomplished during the school
year and the gym stage was the number one subject especially that graduation
ceremony and recognition exercise is fast approaching;

Whereas, the board decided to approach the Honorable Congressman Ruwel Peter S.
Gonzaga for the said school need through a resolution letter;

Wherefore, it was unanimously agreed to request Honorable Ruwel Peter S. Gonzaga,

Congressman of District II to allocate funds for Pantukan Elementary School Gym
Stage construction.
