funny name for a band, planning for burial, whose burial are you planning, why even
plan it out in the first place, sure it's edgy but in a way humorous

really there is nothing much left to say, i only took a listen because it appeared
on the explore page and there wasnt anything else much to listen to
i did not regret spending my time on it, but as much as upbeat songs feel like they
are mocking me, i really should stop listening to depressing stuff as well -
enhancing misery will not bring me anywhere, as much as they provide some sort of
sympathy, at least the illusion of it, truly all they are is nothing but
masturbatory

listening to this album in the backseat of a car ride late at night trying to hold
back tears just makes for an absolutely immaculate atmosphere
the album itself, at least from what i could make out of their lyrics, can be
summarized as yearning for what you have to accept is dead, and being dead to what
you once yearned for
i dont want that

the harmonies may be as basic as only major and minor chords, maybe some 7th's or
6th's, at least from what i can hear without perfect pitch, with a repetitive
progression, but the simplicity is very fitting, at least it makes for an easy
listening experience and quick emotional outcome
i'd like to say simple chords are seldom found in this genre but since i dont know
much i cant say anything, but from everything i've heard to so far, theirs is the
first to feature less elaborate chords

all in all its an okay album, ethereal when the mood is right, but it's again just
too depressing
