Subject: Safety Measures for Rollians Cup

Dear Maam/Sir

Greetings!

We are writing to inform you of the safety measures that will be present in the Rollians Cup on February
25 to 27, 2023. As the organizers of this event, the safety of all our participants is our top priority.

Firstly, to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other infections, we will be implementing the following
safety measures:

a. Social distancing
b. The wearing of mask is required when indoors.
c. Players with no vaccination card will not be allowed to play.
d. Regular cleaning and disinfecting of the common areas.

In case of any untoward incident, we have the following measures prepared

-We have the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Unit team on standby.

-Event runners and organizers are oriented to immediately report anything that might be a cause of
concern

-For medical emergencies, we have the Zamboanga del Norte Provincial Hospital and Corazon Aquino
Hospital for referral.

We will be monitoring the situation and making the necessary adjustments to ensure the safety of all
