In brief, I am Iraqi with a “Commonwealth of Dominica” Citizen and have a Golden Resident & Employment
Visa in UAE (Valid Until 2032) and working in the Gulf since 1985 with different companies after
completing my studies in the UK. As career started after completing my first degree as Mechanical
Engineer in Iraq on the O&G installations which have been diversified in UAE after earning My UK Degrees
as an Environmental & Mechanical Engineer on construction and infrastructure projects. This gives me
the opportunity to work on Many Mega Projects, with well-known Major Contractors and International
Engineering Consultants Firms (MWH, HYDER, WS ATKINS & OBERMAYER GmbH).

I have worked with Al Habaishi General Contracting, UTS Carrier Services Company, MENCO, and AL
HABTOOR ENG. ENT for the early developments of Abu Dhabi breakwater – Marina Mall as Sr MEP
Manager, and I was Project Manager with Pure Water Technology (Contractor) on ADSSC Project O-11014
“Design and Construction of Sila Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion and External Sewer Work for Sila
Emirati Housing”.

Furthermore, my position as “Resident Engineer” & “Project Manager” was with International consultants
on many projects in Sewer& Water Pump stations, Palm Jumeirah construction works, Jebel Ali STP with
MWH-Dubai, and “Resident Engineer Position” with Hyder Consultant on the “Rehabilitations of Pump
stations at Alain- UAE”. Also, I have Approval from UAE Authorities like ADSSC, ADDC, ADWEA, ADNOC,
ADCO, ADM & DM.
