Deactivation of features on the PNB Account Access Portal

1. What features will be deactivated on the PNB AAP will no longer have the following services:

Using the PNB Digital App is very easy since it is highly intuitive. To learn
more about PNB Digital App and how easy it is to enroll and use this app
for your digital banking needs, visit our website at
www.pnb.com.ph/digital.
You can use a separate set of username and password when you sign up
to the PNB Digital App.
Note: If you are an existing user of PNB AAP since July 31, 2021 or
earlier, you have the option to use the same User ID when you sign up to
the app to migrate your existing saved payees and billers.
You can already sign up to the PNB Digital App even before May 27,
2023. For a step-by-step guide on how to enroll to the app, please visit
www.pnb.com.ph/digital.
Have your savings/checking account number or your debit/credit card
number ready.
Make sure that your mobile number and email address registered
with PNB are updated. If you need to make changes to your contact
information, you may download the Online Customer Update Form
at pnb.com.ph/bankforms or visit your branch of account.

If you have outstanding UITF online investments, you first need to activate
UITF portfolio viewing by following the steps below:
1. From the app dashboard, tap Banking Services and select View
UITF
2. Tap Add COP and enter any of UITF Online Confirmation of
Participation (COP) Number
3. Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) sent to your registered mobile
number to complete activation process
4. You will be able to view your investment funds on the My Accounts
section

You can get your UITF COP Number by accessing the PNB UITF Online
Facility on PNB AAP until 1PM of May 26, 2023.
You may also refer to the UITF Electronic Statement of Account that will
be sent to your registered email address on May 24, 2023.
If you did not receive an eSOA, you may contact PNB Trust Customer
Care at 8526-3131 to 70 (local 3445) or
trust_customercare@pnb.com.ph.
No action is required if you have already activated your COP on the PNB
Digital App. You will be able to enjoy all UITF Online services once you
update to the latest version of the app by May 29, 2023.
You need to re-enroll to PNB Online in the PNB Digital App once the service
becomes available on May 29.
Once your enrollment has been approved, you must activate your UITF
online portfolio viewing by following the steps below:
1. From the app dashboard, tap Banking Services and select View
UITF
2. Tap Add COP and enter any of UITF Online Confirmation of
Participation (COP) Number
3. Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) sent to your registered mobile
number to complete activation process
4. You will be able to view your investment funds on the My Accounts
section

For you to do an AIP subscription on the PNB Digital App, you need to enroll
your AIP account number on the app.
You can fund your AIP Account via online fund transfer, over-the-counter
deposit, or through Cash Accept Machines.
When your AIP account reaches the required minimum participation
amount, PNB Digital will automatically collect the outstanding balance for
investment in your chosen UITF product.
We shall be sending you your designated AIP account to your registered
email address in May.
For security purposes, your AIP account number will be placed in a
password-protected PDF file that can be opened by entering your date of
birth in DDMmmYYYY (e.g. 01Jan1980).

 3. How do I enroll my AIP Account
Number on the PNB Digital App?
To enroll your AIP account number on the PNB Digital App, please follow
the steps below:
1. From the app dashboard, tap Banking Services and select Add
Account
2. Enter your AIP account number
3. Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) sent to your registered mobile
number to complete account enrollment
4. You may view your AIP account number in the
My Accounts section.
