The picture shows the results of MPS of the 1 st quarter and 2nd
quarter.
Based on the results presented, the teachers shared their best
practices and concerns about the result of the MPS.
According to Mr. Edward Tendido, on giving an exam, it is best
to give different types of exam, wherein it does not focus only to
one type of test. It can be a combination of Multiple choice,
identification, analogy, enumeration and etc.
According to Mrs. Preciosa Ballon, review materials or handouts
must be given to the students before giving the quarterly
exams. With these materials, the learners have the chance to
pass the exams.
According to Mrs. Erlinda Adaya, it is very important that
pointers must be given to the students in a very clear and
specific way so that students can fully understand the lessons
they will study for the exams.
According to Mrs. Alicia Sablay, a comprehensive review of the
lessons must be given to the learners before the exams.
A concern that was raised by Mrs. Bethzaida Requiez, was that
students lacks discipline in attending classes, where some of the
students only attend classes during examination day.
PROJECT E-LUPAD
Another agenda that was discussed during the LAC session
was the new banner project of the school. This was presided by
Mrs. Ma. Bethzaida M. Requiez, MT-1. The new title of the
Project Banner was (e-LEARNING FOR UPGRADING
PERFORMANCE IN ACADEMIC DEVELOPMENT). The main goal
of this banner is to capacitate instructional leaders to become
strategic and innovative teachers nurturing every learner in
order to achieve the highest academic performance. This project
will somehow improve the academic performance of students
and improve the delivery of instructions and positive attitudes
of mentors. This project also aims to produce High performing
students equipped with standard academic skills and positive
values by the capacitated mentors in delivering the teacher-
learning processes.

OTHER MATTERS / CONCERNS

Another concern that was raised by the teachers was the
increase of disturbing / misbehavior acts of the students inside
and outside of the school where the school is involve of these
troubling incidents.
The teachers also suggested that this concern will be
addressed during the Department Head’s Meeting or with the
Master Teacher so that solutions may be taken of this alarming
issue.
