I- Call to order

Hon. Eljie R. Ybio called to order the second session of the Sangguniang Kabataan of
Siapo at 9:00 in the morning on December 10, 2023, at the Siapo Barangay Hall.

II- Roll call

SK Secretary Mr. Charl Angel R. Pospos conducted the roll call. The above-stated
persons were present.

III- Reading and approval of the minutes from the last meeting

The reading and approval of the minutes was conducted by Hon. Eljie R. Ybio. All SK
Officials approved the minutes from the last meeting.

IV- Calendar of business

A. Unfinished business
• Finalizing Internal Rules and Procedures
The Rules and Procedures attached along with this document were
formulated by the SK Chairwoman in concurrence with the SK council. SK
Chairwoman finalized the Internal Rules and Procedures.
B. Predetermined business/Agenda

Agenda Highlights/Agreements
2 Other Matters a. Christmas Party:
The council agreed to the following:
1. Foods to bring
• Rice and other foods
• Fruit Salad
 SK Kagawad Albert R. Ruales suggested the amount for
contribution in purchasing the Fruit Salad. The said
amount is one hundred thirty pesos (130.00 PHP) for
each SK members. SK council agreed to the
contribution.

The session was recessed at 10:10am and resumed at 10:40am

b. Purok Designing:
The schedule of the Purok designing is on the 10th of
December, 1:00 PM at Purok Buongon, Siapo, San Jose,
Negros. Oriental. The SK council agreed to bring Art
Materials for Purok designing.
c. Dancing Competition for SK:
The Presiding officer discussed the criteria for judging
for the Inter-SK Dance Competition. The SK council
agreed to assign SK Secretary Mr. Charl Angel R.
Pospos as choreographer for the dance.

VI- Announcements
The deadline for the contribution in purchasing the Fruit Salad for Christmas
Party is on December 14, 2023, Thursday.
The schedule of practice for Inter-SK Dance Competition is on December 16,
2023, 6:00 PM Saturday at the Siapo Covered Court.

VII- Adjournment

Hon. Albert R. Ruales moved to adjourn the session and Hon. Cyrill Dave Cuento seconded the
motion. The session is adjourned at 11:30pm.
