I- Call to order

Hon. Eljie R. Ybio called to order the first session of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Siapo
at 12:10 in the afternoon on November 19, 2023, at the Siapo Barangay Hall.

II- Roll call

The presiding officer conducted the roll call. The above-stated persons were present.

III- Reading and approval of the minutes from the last meeting

The reading and approval of the minutes was skipped due to the meeting conducted at the
time being the first regular SK meeting.

Agenda Highlights/Agreements
1 Formulation of Rules and Procedure The Rules and Procedures attached along with this
document were formulated by the SK chairman in
concurrence with the SK council.
2 Appointment of SK secretary and SK The SK chairman, in concurrence with the SK
treasurer council appointed Mr. Charl Angel R. Pospos and Mr.
Paul Kenneth Catubis as SK secretary and treasurer
respectively.
The session was recessed at 1:00pm and resumed at 1:30pm.
3 Identification/Appointment of The appointment of committee heads was done by
Committee Heads nomination and division of the house. Thus, in
concurrence with the SK council, the following SK
councilors were appointed as committee heads:

• Committee on Education and Culture

- HON. ALBERT R. RUALES

• Committee on Environmental, Climate

Change Adaptation, and Disaster Risk
Reduction and Resiliency

• Committee on Youth Employment and

5 Other Matters
The schedule for the regular SK meetings was set to
be held on the 2nd Sunday of every month at exactly
9:00am as proposed by Hon. Albert R. Ruales and
concurred with by the SK council.
1. Christmas Tree
The council agreed to have 1 meter bamboo
for the making of Christmas tree for Purok
Buongun.

2. Incoming schedule for Sports

Mon. Wed. Fri. Sun – Basketball
Tue. Thur. – Volleyball
