‘Sub:- Regarding Auxiliary Compressor controlling by TCMS.
Vide above subject, when the auxiliary compressor reservoir is completely charged and ther
Icakage in the system then the auxiliary reservoir pressure docs not drop with time. But after some \
TCMS considered it as Auxiliary compressor’ pressure switch stuck at high and then TCMS automatical
run the compressor despite sufficient pressure available in the auxiliary reservoir.(DIP 68 of MCC High)
@oce the compressor is run then the pressure never falls below cut out value i. 7.0kg/cm2 ( DIP 68 of MC
always High) and the system again considers it as AAC pressure switch is stuck at high and then the
compressor after some time again starts. This sequence continuously repeats 10 cycle, After 10 cycle
compressor stops and shows fault message “AAC pressure switch is stuck at high AAC stopped after 10
cycles, Reset to restart”. (Fault code 1083)

This is clearly shows that the TCMS running auxil
available, it can damage the auxillary compressor.
You are requested to kindly instruct the firm to solve this issue as soon as possible.
