particularly described as follows:

Registered owner: Own by the Barangay (C/o Mr. Miguel D. Cabalbag)

Address: Sitio Namnama, Barangay Orence, Narvacan, Ilocos Sur

In View thereof, demand is hereby made upon you to surrender the said
motor vehicle to the undersigned in good condition within (5) five days from
receipt of this letter.

Failure in your part to need with this demand will constrained the
undersigned to file a case of carnapping, estafa and, other appropriate criminal and
civil suits in court.
