Fill and sign PDF forms/Letters

1. Please keep a png, jpg or tif file of your signature ready. This can be done using paint.

2. Open the PDF document or form in Acrobat or Reader, and click on Enable all Features

3. Once you enable all features you will have to click on Fill & Sign in the right-hand side
4. You will get two dropdowns Add Signature and Add Initials
5. Click on add signature +
You will get 3 options ( TYPE / DRAW/ IMAGE)

If you click on Image and upload your tif or png file , tick the save signature and apply and
place the box where you want the signature. The signature will be saved in the acrobat

You can even Type your named or Draw your signature if you do not have your png signature
file ready . Once you draw or type , tick the save signature and apply and place the box where
you want the signature

You can remove the signature by clicking the sign ( - )
At a time, you can have only two signatures. Below you will see I have added the CIL stamp by
replacing one of the signatures. It all looks original. While scanning your signature please use
blue ink.
