Skilled Sapiens is an up-skilling consulting firm which is focusing on Live experiential learning, Leadership
training, and Personalized Mentorship, backed by corporate mentors to prepare students, working
professionals, and entrepreneurs for their corporate as well as entrepreneurial stints, and enriching
managerial skills in different domains like Sales & Marketing, Finance, Consulting, Product man, HR,
Entrepreneurship, etc

With our different programs & initiatives, we are focusing more on 1-1 mentorship with personalized &
customized learning experiences. Our corporate mentors are available 24*7 for our community members and
provide quality mentorship along with on-demand live workshops & doubt sessions. This platform is designed
in such a way that once you complete any of our leadership programs you'll be able to analyze your core
competencies in your chosen domain & the ultimate purpose is to train and familiarize you with the various
roles, duties, and responsibilities required in any successful manager/entrepreneur & help you to build your

Campus to Corporate

We are focusing on Live experiential learning, Leadership training and Placement mentorship, in collaboration
with corporate mentors to prepare students for their corporate fitment, and enriching their managerial skills in
different domains like Sales & Marketing, Finance, Consulting, Product management, etc. We mentor
students in building their profile, resume, We help them in preparing for HR & technical round of interview,
Role & company specific training, mock GD-PI, and help students in getting their dream placement from
campus/off-campus. We also mentor working professionals to switch their current role/company/industry for
better career growth & opportunities.

Campus to Business

In our Sapiens' Incubation Centre, we assist entrepreneurs in obtaining & generating funding for their ideas,
developing investor pitches, fixing meetings with potential investors, conducting market research for the ideas,
assisting in company registration & legal compliances, prototype testing, and idea generation,
lead-generation, cost analysis, business plan guidance, web development, tax advisory, and providing
personalized case-specific mentorships in the field of entrepreneurship under our flagship “Start-hub
Mentorship Program”
Current Scenario

The majority of revenue comes from services including Live mentorship sessions to students aspiring to
become Sales and Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Consultants, Brand Managers, etc. along with
their resume and profile building sessions. The market is highly competitive with a number of players in
‘Campus to Corporate’ domain but very few in the ‘Campus to Business’ space, currently we mentor students
who are preparing for CAP round process (or MBA admission interviews) and also to prepare them for
campus placements & even later to help them switch the companies/role (Placement preparation to working
professionals) under campus to corporate vertical of Skilled Sapiens

Company is equally active in business consultancy services (Campus to Business) and aims to penetrate in
B-schools, E-schools, and Start-up ecosystem with its monthly subscription based model of Start-hub
Mentorship Program

Scope of work

Skilled Sapiens now wants to become an end-to-end market service provider in the educational & business
consultancy, and looking to enter in the mentoring space with aggressive penetration strategy mainly
focussing on the B-School students with diverse offerings & mentorship programs basis on the industry
requirements

Aim is to penetrate in the segment & to onboard at least 60 B-schools of Tier 1/2/3 in next 12 months
simultaneously focusing on community building & onboarding new Mentors, Program curriculum, and Sales
executives or Channel partners on the platform

We have identified 3 important key stakeholders for potential collaborations as channel partners for
sustainable strategic partnership; College Administration, B-School Club/Committee, and E-cells, with our
customized & personalized solutions we can offer a wide range of services (Campus to Corporate) depending
upon the requirements of the respective channel partners.
However, we want to focus more on building partnerships with college adminstrations in terms of providing
paid placement mentorship support to the entire college students of that respective college/institute from our
experienced corporate mentors at Skilled Sapiens:

Problem Statement

1. Suggest route of penetration to respective colleges via different stakeholders to acheive the goal of
penetration to at-least 60 B-Schools based on the preferences given in above tables
a. Choose one B-School each from Tiers 1, 2, and 3, and then explain why the penetration strategies
you recommended are appropriate
b. Define parameters on which we should segregate the colleges in above-mentioned 3 groups (i.e.
Tier 1, 2,3) which acts like an identifiers for Skilled Sapiens to fasten the process of College
onboarding
2. As a Growth & Strategy consultant, you need to devise end-to-end implementation strategies to help
Skilled Sapiens getting penetrated in the targetted Segment (B-Schools). You should include:
a. Go-To-Market Strategy for each above-mentioned group
b. Growth & Expansion Strategy for each group
c. Brand Building approaches for Skilled Sapiens to attract colleges from each group
d. Revenue model for each group/category
e. Perform a cost analysis based on your understanding of the operations & execution
3. General Pain-points which Skilled Sapiens can solve/target for the below 3 key stakeholders while pitching
them

○ Club/Committee (Marketing, Finance, HR, Consulting, Ops, etc. clubs)

3. Currently we have partnerships with more than 40 clubs/committee of several B-schools but we want to
build relationships with the college admins to have an impactful shift from the dynamic relations with
temporary club POCs/members on yearly basis to the static college admin/staff for sustainable growth
