Location of the School: Caloocan City

Date of Observation: December. 01, 2023

Observation: Camarin High School is a secondary school located at Cadena de Amor Street,
Barangay 174, Caloocan City. It is the biggest public high school in Caloocan City near a school in
CHS UCC. It has 27 buildings inside and has a 4-story building which accommodates over 20
classrooms. It is surrounded by many establishments such as convenience stores. Grocery stores
and other known restaurants and also resided by the Church of Christ or must known in local ng
Camarin.

1. Does the school have enough classrooms to accommodate students? Yes

2. Are classrooms conducive for teaching and learning? Yes

Answer: It reduces the amount of outside noise that might divert students' attention from their
studies and enhances their capacity to learn, demonstrate increased success, and behave
appropriately.

2. What makes a classroom conducive for learning?

Answer: When the classroom is well-maintained, free from distractions, and has a safe physical
environment.

3. What things does the school need to improve in order to ensure and maintain safety and
conduciveness of the school's physical environment?

Answer: I think proper sanitation, availability of clean water, hygiene education, and well-
maintained restrooms are crucial for the well-being of everyone in the school.

I believe it is essential for the school to have policies and procedures on the use and
maintenance of school facilities and equipment to keep a positive learning environment.

From now on, I am determined to the effect of a classroom's physical environment on the
academic achievement of students and consider it as one of the essential keys to creating a
positive learning environment.
