SY. 2023 - 2024

Minutes of the Homeroom PTA meeting held last September 8, 2023 at exactly 3:00 in the
Afternoon at Grade 5 classroom at Eulalio N. Adriano Elementary School.

 Other matters

The meeting started wit a prayer led by Mrs. Myra S.Solitario and Mr. Michael G. Lopez acted as the
presiding officer of the meeting.

Whereas, Mr. Michael G. Lopez, stressed the important matters about the new school policies about the
new normal education must be implemented and abide by the student.

Whereas, he also discussed the K to 12 grading system set by the DepEd to measure the ability of their
children.

Whereas, he also discussed and tackle about activities in school particularly in Gulayan sa Paaralan.

Whereas, Mr. Lopez proceeded with the election of PTA officers.

Whereas, Mrs. Annabel F. Gomez was elected as president. Homeroom project was not yet discussed.

Pagbati po sa pangalan ng Panginoon.

Sa patuloy na pagdaan po ng panahon, makabagong pagbabago sa larangan ng edukasyon ay patuloy

na nararanasan lalo na sa ating mga pampublikong paaralan. Sa katunayan, isang stratehiya na ating patuloy na
nakikita sa ating mga mag-aaral ay ang tinatawag na Performance Task na kung saan ang pagkatuto ng ating
mga mag-aaral ay malaking bahagi at pakikisama at pakikibahagi sa mga kagrupo. Sa ngayon ang ginagamit
nilang upuan ay mga armchair, kami po na pamunuan ng homeroom PTA ng grade 5 – Marcos ay
napagkasunduan po naming mga magulang na upang lalong makatulong sa kanilang pag-aaral ay bumili ng mga
monoblock upang magsilbing upuan sa gagamitin na table ng mga bata upang lalong maging komportable sila
sa paggawa ng kanilang mga aralin na kinakailangan sa paggugrupo.

Hinihiling po namin ito sa inyong may bukas na puso upang hindi na po manggaling pa sa mga bata ang
pambili ng monoblock. Anumang pong halaga na inyong ipagkakaloob ay taos puso po naming pasasalamatan.

Dumadalangin po kami na ang kahilingang ito sa pamamagitan ng inyong pamamahala ay mabibigyan

ng inyong mahalagang pansin at pagtugon. MABUHAY KAYO!!!
