    Dear sir, Discussed with Dy EE MSEDCL/Kanhan for shutdown down in front of Mr. Chandrashekhar Kose, your electrical
    agency at Kanhan site today, he stated that shut down was arranged several times on WCL Line but not availed. After
    meeting with MSEDCL Dy, AE & WCL Electrical officer, they have agreed to provide shut down of 04 hrs on saturday
    at i.e. 02.12.2023, please arrange to complete all work within the time frame. MSEDCL agreed to arrange shutdown on
    MSEDCL line too for shifting of transformer & for connection of new transformer on required day, please arrange to
    complete work as early as possible.
