Qualifications A relevant bachelor's degree in Graphic design/multimedia

degree or a related field

Qualifications 5 years experience in digital marketing, social media and

content creation.

Key Deliverables

This role is responsible for the development of creative content for marketing
campaigns including print, online, social media and in-store promotions within
Beechworth Honey branding guidelines.

- Lead Development of an integrated Annual Content Plan in collaboration

with the National Marketing Manager and Digital Manager
- Content, graphic creation, photography and videography for all marketing
campaigns
- Management of all social media platforms

Marketing Strategy and Annual Plans

- Plan and execute the annual Content Marketing Plan as a component of the
broader Marketing Plan
- Provide & be aware of new ideas, particularly social media campaign & digital
asset development techniques

Brand Management

- Create and follow brand guidelines in all content created

Content Creation

- Produce engaging video, photographic and digital content for distribution

across the Beechworth Honey channels
- Devise, plan, film and edit regular and one-off video content
- Plan and execute stills photography in settings ranging from studio shoots
to outdoor landscape photography

Social Media Management

- Develop, implement and manage the Beechworth Honey social media

strategy
- Create the yearly social media calendar around key brand and promotional
themes
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging visual and text-based content
to social media channels, primarily Facebook and Instagram.
- Translate our brand values into content for followers through great
story-telling around our core values
- Schedule monthly content across all social media channels using Facebook
Business Manager, Creator Studio and other scheduling tools
- Track and analyse key social media metrics to build engagement and

 loyalty across audience segments
- Work alongside the Marketing Assistant to ensure Community
Management is timely and on-brand

Graphic Design

- Design eDMs and upload to Mailchimp

- When requested create all social ads of various forms across Instagram,
Facebook & other paid digital advertising platforms ie banner ads, posts,
GIF’s, video etc
- Create and design organic social media posts, stories, reels, IGTV
- Create designs, banners, tiles etc for the Beechworth Honey website
- Design all necessary marketing materials for in-store and trade promotions

Campaigns

In collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager, create the digital assets to
execute each campaign within the agreed design direction.

This could include but not limited to:

- developing ideas regarding concepts for campaigns and adapting these

based on feedback
- create worded and visual content for social media and when requested for
PPC campaigns, website landing pages and modules
- communicate campaigns & plans to the broader team.

General

- Be flexible and adaptable to cover other roles and responsibilities during

annual leave periods
- Participate in continuous improvement projects

Key Selection Criteria

- Excellent creative/design skills, with an eye for colour, detail and styles with
proven digital and print design project completion
- Demonstrated skills in end-to-end video production, stills and landscape
photography
- Experience in managing a range of social media and e-commerce platforms
with a proven record of producing engaging content ie Instagram/Facebook
posts
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and
Photoshop and InDesign
- Mac OS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor
communications to different audiences.
- Great interpersonal skills and communication manner with a great team
player attitude
