1. Overview
Elevator is a kind of special equipment, serving a specific floor, moving along a rigid guide rail for vertical

transportation of permanent transportation equipment, can be used to carry passengers and goods.

Home elevators only serve families, rated speed is not greater than 0.4m/s, rated load is not greater than

400kg.

The elevator is composed of four parts: machine room (or pulley room, for elevator without machine room),

hoistway, car and landing station. The driving, hanging device, car, guide device, electric driving device, door

and safety devices are installed in the four spaces of vertical lifting transportation equipment.

1.1. Basic structure of elevator

The basic structure of elevator consists of mechanical structure part, electrical control part and safety

device

1 The mechanical structure is composed of four parts: the traction system, the guiding system, the car

and the weight balancing system, and the door system

2 The electrical control system consists of electric drive, electric control, signal transmission and

processing, lighting and ventilation

3 The safety device is composed of three kinds of mechanical, electrical and electromechanical

integrated safety devices, such as overspeed protection system, anti-offside terminal limit protection system,

anti-fall shear door interlock protection system, anti-squat bottom overload protection system, anti-impact roof

upward overspeed protection system, braking system, ground zero protection system, emergency rescue

system, etc.

2. The use of home lift

2.1. Normal operation conditions of the elevator
1 The normal operation conditions of the elevator should meet the relevant standards. The temperature

between the machine room or pulleys should be between +5-40℃, and the fluctuation range of the power

supply voltage relative to the rated voltage should be between ±7%;

2 The elevator room and the machinery and equipment room should be dedicated, the machine and

equipment section or pulley room should be weatherproof, and the passageway door should be opened

outward;

3 According to the use of the elevator environment and the frequency of use, generally should be in

three to five years for a comprehensive disassembly, cleaning, inspection, processing; The user should

determine the overhaul period according to the old and new degree and frequent use.

2.2. Personal elevator use

 The passenger waiting outside lift, when need the lift downwards, gently press the Down arrow button;

need upwards, press Up arrow button, waiting for the elevator at the gate of the elevator (when the car

inside passenger full, not response to call).

 Waiting outside lift, don't rely on the landing door, don't push or impact the landing door;

 After entering the lift, gently press the target floor button to reach the floor;

 Inside the car don't speak loudly, don't play, don't jump;

 when the elevator arrive the destination floor and door open, please get in and out of the car quickly.

 If you are trapped within the car, please use the alarm and communication devices in contact with the

outside, waiting for rescue, don't try to hard, grilled door.

2.3. Operating conditions of elevators

1 The load of the car is not allowed to exceed the rated load. If there is an alarm sound, the last person

entering the car should exit;

2 Car and operating environment should be kept dry;

3 Inflammable and explosive articles are not allowed;

4 No extra long articles are allowed;

5 The top of the car shall not be placed debris;

6 Alarm bell and internal communication device, should be often paid attention to, at any time to keep

intact;

7 Before starting the elevator every day (when it is necessary to close the elevator), when the landing

door is opened, make sure that the car stops on this floor, and then enter the car, and then run up and down

the whole process several times, no abnormal and abnormal sound can be put into formal operation;

8 When the following faults occur in the use of the elevator, the elevator should be stopped immediately,

and timely inform the elevator maintenance personnel, and placed "elevator maintenance, suspension of use"

warning sign:

 Elevator normally closed, not run time;

 Feel elevator speed has obvious change;

 Landing and car door is not fully closed and elevator runtime;

 Driving direction and selected in the opposite direction;

 Select in cop and lop, leveling,or floor indicator when sudden failure or failure;

9 When you need to close the elevator after using it, ensure that the door is completely closed before

leaving.

10 In the event of an emergency in the use of the elevator, it is necessary to inform the maintenance

personnel and disconnect the power supply so as to rescue the trapped personnel in time. It can be operated

only after professional maintenance personnel check, repair and confirm safety:

 When elevator rush to the top suddenly or squat down bottom;

 When the earthquake, the slight earthquake may cause guide shoe out guide rail; If it runs, it will

cause a big accident;

 when there is a fire, to put the car in security floor, timely stop the elevator, do not use; After the fire,

the elevator need to be carefully checked and repaired;

 When the elevator in water, it is necessary to disconnect the power supply in time, do not blindly

restore the power supply, please ask professional maintenance personnel to check and restore

 When there is a flood or the pit is completely flooded

11 When the elevator is out of service for a long time, disconnect the power supply and carefully check it

before it is put into use again to ensure safety.

Note: Telephone use

A) When the backlight is powered on, the blue light is steady on. When the passenger presses the
number key, the red LED light is on and the blue backlight is off.
B）After the call is over, hold on the function key to end the call; If you need to cancel temporarily, hold

down the button for 5s to cancel the call and enter the standby state; The red LED goes off and the blue

LED lights up

Note:

1. The panel of COP and LOP shall not be scratched and shall be kept intact;

3. Elevator decoration materials cleaning and maintenance guide

Usually elevator decoration material surface are pasted with a layer of protective film. So the first thing to
do before use is to remove this layer of protection.
The specific methods are as follows:
 The surface of hard metal materials is directly used as the decorative surface (such as
stainless steel, copper finish, aluminum alloy, etc.).

Before construction, the joint or the difficult part to tear after decoration should be torn off first.
You can scrape it with a blade at the corner, and then tear the small opening from the upper part
and pull vertically down along the small opening at a uniform speed. Avoid pull horizontally,
because it is easy to break, resulting in the degumming of the face cover.
Do not use a blade to scrape on the decorative surface to avoid leaving scratches on the
decorative surface that cannot be repaired.
If there is a fracture in the tearing process, it should be stopped immediately and re-opened from
the fracture, according to the above steps.

 Other decorative surfaces pasted with protective film (such as: coating surface, wood finish,
film surface, etc.)
Before construction, the protective film should be torn off at the joint and the difficult part after
decoration.
When tearing the protective film, it is strictly prohibited to scrape the protective film with a blade
to avoid damaging the decorative surface.
Before use or opening, when tearing the protective film inside the car and elevator landing door,
do not scratch randomly with the blade. First, find a point at the top of the part, and slowly tear the
protective film vertically. Remember!!

 Cleaning method after removing protective film:

1 After the stainless steel surface protective film is torn off, residual glue marks can be wiped
with a wet towel first, or wiped with a towel with 80% medical alcohol, If it still can not remove,
you can use the glue remover. Remember not to wipe with acid and alkaline cleaning agent, so
as not to destroy the plating surface and produce color difference.
2 Rose gold mirror and black titanium mirror plated mirror must be wiped with pure cotton
cloth, it is strictly prohibited to wipe with strong cloth or fiber cloth, it is strictly prohibited to
treat the surface with acid and alkaline chemical potion.
3 Stainless steel surface processing embossing, can be used in pure cotton talcum powder

into the cotton cloth, tighten the cotton cloth in stainless steel embossing surface wipe up and
down (pay attention to talcum powder can not have a strong substance) is strictly prohibited to
use acid and alkaline chemical potions treatment surface.

4 After the protective film is torn off, the wood veneer should be wiped with wet towel if there
are glue marks. If there are stubborn glue marks, 80% medical alcohol can be used to wipe.
Remember not to wipe with corrosive solution to avoid damaging the painted surface.
5 Stoving varnish decorative surface in principle with pure cotton cloth wipe, strictly
prohibited to use alcohol, thinner and chemical any potion treatment surface.
6 The dirt and glue marks on the stone surface should be wiped with a soft cloth or towel.
Solid glue marks can be removed by flat scraping with a blade. It is strictly prohibited to wipe
with corrosive solution, so as not to infiltrate or corrode the stone.
7 The glue mark on the glass surface should be wiped with a wet soft towel.Stubborn glue
marks can be scraped off with a blade and wiped again with a cotton soft towel.
8 When the marble floor of the elevator car is polished and polished, protection around the
car must be done to prevent dirt from splashing onto the decorative surface. At the same time,
in the mechanical polishing, do not touch any decorative surface.
9 Other construction parties must protect elevator door jamb, LOP on walls, arrival gong and
other elevator decoration products during elevator hall construction (such as ground polishing
and wall cleaning). To avoid polishing dirt or other corrosive liquid contamination of the
decorative surface. At the same time in the mechanical polishing, the machine should not touch
the decorative products or damage the decorative wall.

 All kinds of decoration materials daily cleaning and maintenance

1 Cleaning and maintenance of hard stone
Hard stone refers to glazed brick, marble, granite and so on. It is a kind of high-grade decorative
material which is more popular at present. The advantage is that the surface is hard and smooth,
not easy to pollute. The cleaning operation procedure is:

For wall decoration.

Remove surface dust with a feather duster.
With a semi-dry rag soaked in a neutral cleaner, wipe from top to bottom and back along the
surface.
Wipe thoroughly with clean water soaked rag.
Regularly clean with all-around cleaner, which has cleaning effect and forms a transparent
protective film on the surface, so that the decorative surface is clean and not easy to pollute.

For floor decoration.

Use vacuum cleaner and electrostatic mop to dust and clean thoroughly. Reduce sand dust wear
on the decorative surface.
Use crystallizing liquid to recrystallize marble surface; Use polishing powder to restore luster to
marble or granite; Or the use of air permeability, waterproof, anti-fouling protective agent to keep
the marble surface luster.
Use good quality special protective agent for stone to prevent stone pollution.

2 Cleaning and maintenance of wood veneer surface

Wipe the surface from top to bottom with a dry rag.
For slight local stains, use a semi-dry rag soaked in detergent to wipe repeatedly on the surface,
and then wipe thoroughly with water wet rag.
Apply furniture wax evenly regularly to ensure the finish of the wood surface.
Wallpaper, plastic wallpaper, non-woven fabric, chemical decorations, cowhide and other soft
materials cleaning and maintenance
Remove surface dust with a feather duster.
Vacuuming regularly, replace the vacuuming machine with a special suction head, and
vacuuming successively.
For the stains on the water-resistant wallpaper, you can use a rag soaked in cleaning agent to
scrub, and then wipe with clean water cloth and finally dry with dry cloth.
Stains on decorative surfaces that are not water resistant can be gently removed with erasers or
hand brushes.
Do not wipe the decorative surface with a hot cloth. Especially do not wipe on the cowhide.

3 Cleaning and maintenance of glass and glass mirror

Wipe the floating dust on the glass and mirror from top to bottom with a soft clean cloth according
to certain procedures.
If there are spots, use a rag dipped in a little water to wipe, and then dry and polish with a dry rag.
If it cannot be removed with clean water, spray or dip a little glass cleaner into a rag and wipe it
again. Then clean and polish the glass or mirror with a dry rag.
If it still cannot be removed, use a blade to gently scrape it off, but pay attention to the strength,
do not scratch the surface.

4 Cleaning and maintenance of stainless steel decorative surface

Wipe with a soft, plain dry rag to remove dust.
General oil traces and fingerprints can be soaked in talcum powder gauze in the place of oil
traces and fingerprints gently wipe.
If it cannot be cleaned, gently wipe with a soft plain cloth dipped in a neutral stainless steel
cleaner, and finally wipe with a clean cloth and dry with a dry cloth.

Stainless steel decorative surface should be maintained, non-mirror stainless steel surface can
be maintained with special oil. Mirror stainless steel can not be wiped with oil, use 80% medical
alcohol to wipe and immediately dry with plain soft towel.
It is strictly prohibited to touch the stainless steel surface with hard objects, leaving scratches and
damaging the decorative effect.

5 Leather cleaning and maintenance

Generally speaking, leather cleaning requires the use of professional leather cleaning agents:
such as King of leather cleaning agent, leather softener, etc. Professional leather cleaner not
only has a cleaning function, but also can achieve maintenance, beauty, glazing, mildew proof
effect, but also help improve the hardening of leather products due to grease loss or long-term
placement.
Generally speaking, there is a maintenance principle that must be paid attention to for leather
products: moisture-proof, high temperature proof, extrusion proof and dust proof. Of course, in
addition to the need to master some important nursing links.

The most important thing for leather maintenance is to protect the leather surface, to prevent
the leather surface from being scratched by hard objects or sharp objects and from being
stained with oil. In case of oil stains, first use a dry towel to wipe the stain, then use leather
cleaning liquid to clean it up, and finally brush a layer of leather brightener, so that you can
achieve the effect of maintenance. In addition, due to the strong absorption of leather, usually
pay attention to anti-fouling. If the leather loses luster, can use leather polish polish, but do not
use shoe oil to wipe, because different leather products have different leather; Choose the most
suitable cleaning and maintenance oil. And before the formal use, to apply a small area of test
whether the product is suitable, so that you can do double insurance.

6 Cleaning and maintenance of stainless steel titanium plated products

Select a clean sponge or cotton cloth (make sure that the surface is free of garbage and foreign
matter adhesion);
Local wipe with water first to confirm its cleaning effect; If the test results are satisfactory,
comprehensive cleaning is done according to this method;
Cleaning is not only for the local part of pollution, as far as possible with the surrounding part
also do cleaning;
After using the cleaning solution, it must be completely rinsed with clean water. Do not allow the
cleaning solution to remain on the surface of the product, otherwise the residue will be attached
to the board after drying and it is difficult to remove and easy to damage the surface.

(3) Dust and dirt on the surface can be cleaned with flannel and water;
(4) For surface grease, oil, lubricating oil pollution and containing binder (glue), use flannel cloth
wipe with neutral detergent (with detergent, hand sanitizer);
(5) There are rainbow lines on the surface, which is caused by excessive use of detergent or oil.
When washing, neutral detergent can be washed away with warm water;
(6) It is forbidden to use washing liquid containing bleaching ingredients and abrasive agents,
steel wire balls, grinding tools, etc. In order to avoid residual washing liquid, corrosion of the
surface, the surface should be washed with clean water at the end of washing;
(7) Do not contact the products with strong acid and alkali chemicals, such as toilet detergent,
paint remover, metal cleaning agent, etc.
(8) If there are rainbow lines on the surface, which is caused by excessive use of detergent or oil.

7 Stainless steel antique copper imitated products cleaning and maintenance

(4) If there are stains on the surface, do not wipe forcefully, can be gently removed with water,
until the water volatilized in the original part coated with a little light wax, and then lightly wipe
(along the lines) a few times to form a protective film as far as possible to keep the board dry,
prevent water from leaving the surface for a long time, causing spots;
(5) Keep away from heat source, avoid direct sunlight, to prevent local cracking, deformation and
paint film local discoloration;
(6) Do not weld the connection in use, otherwise it will cause local discoloration;
(7) Please pay attention to the operation during daily cleaning and maintenance to avoid
unnecessary loss caused by product pollution or corrosion of paint.
