The document provides instructions for painting Varus blue armor on a miniature using several shades of blue paint. It describes basecoating the armor with a mix of Kantor blue and Abaddon black, then glazing additional layers of Teclis blue and Ahriman blue towards the center of identified light reflections to create highlights. Secondary light reflections are also added and highlighted using glazes with progressively brighter blues to realistically portray armor reflecting light.
