1. School reporting time for students is 8.30 AM. Question paper distribution time is 8.45am.
Answer sheet distribution time is 9AM.

2. Use of gadgets and smart watches by the students is strictly prohibited.

3. After reaching school students will directly go to their respective room as per the seating
plan.

4. Use of any kind of unfair means by the student will lead to very strict disciplinary action
against him/her.

5. Daily exam timings has already been shared in class WhatsApp groups. Parents to check the
same and inform their respective bus/van/autodrivers accordingly.

Result sheet preparation and submission of the same to Exam cell by class teacher is 21
December 2023

Receiving printouts of result sheet from Exam cell is 22 December 2023

Class teachers 6 to 10 will submit result sheet to Mrs. Geeta Sharma and class teachers 11 and
12 will submit result sheet to Mr. Shivom Tyagi

3. Maximum marks will be 40 and time duration will be of 2 hours for classes 6 TO 9 and
11.
4. Maximum marks will be 50 and time duration will be of 2 hours for AI and IT in class
10.
5. Maximum marks will be 80 and time duration will be of 3 hours for class 10 and 12
6. All Subject Heads will ensure submission of two sets of question papers of their
subject for classes 11 and 12 by 19 NOVEMBER 2023
7. The last date for question paper submission is 19 NOVEMBER 2023.
