I, SHRI. / SMT. _____________________, Hindu, Indian

Inhabitant, aged about ____ years, residing at
__________________________, declare this to be my last WILL
which I make on this ______________. I have made a previous
WILL on _________ which is registered by the Sub-Registrar
____________. I hereby revoke the said WILL dated ________
and this shall be my last and final WILL.

1. I say that I am owner of the immovable property known as

Tenement bearing No.____________________________,
and being and lying in the registration district and sub-
district of Mumbai City and Mumbai Suburban, acquired by
me through allotment from the Government.

2. I say that I have no issued and my husband Shri.

______________ has pre-deceased me.

3. I say that aforesaid immovable property was bought by my

husband out of his own fund who died at Mumbai on
___________ leaving behind him a will bequeathing the
said immovable property i.e. tenement No._____ to me. I
say that the late deceased Shri. _____________ has thus
survived by me, being his only legal heir and
representative and thus the only owner of the aforesaid
property.

4. I say that my brother SHRI _____________________ is

all time looking after me and carrying about me and my
well being and sharing his love and affection and making
me feel comfortable all the time.

5. I say that my brother SHRI. ___________________ and

his wife are taking all my cares and looking after and
managing me in my day to day life and requirements and
paying all outgoings in respect of my said room /
immovable property in my name.

 6. I say that now I am desirous of giving my immoveable
property i.e. said Tenement bearing

and being and lying in the registration district and sub-
district of Mumbai City and Mumbai Suburban, to my said
brother SHRI. ___________________ presently residing
at _________________________ alone whose name is
mentioned herein above.

7. I HEREBY BEQUEATH my Tenement bearing

the registration district and sub-district of Mumbai City and
Mumbai Suburban, to my brother SHRI. _______________
alone and no one else except said _________________
will have any right, title, interest, share and / or claim of
any nature whatsoever in respect thereof.

8. In the event of demise of my brother, the aforesaid

property which I have given to him by way of this writing
would proceed to his survivors.

I have made this WILL voluntarily and in a perfectly sound

physical and mental condition, free will and without any fear or
force and the contents hereof have been read over, explained
and interpreted to me.
