AIM OF EXPT: Demonstrate the creation of moodle cloud site of your own class by creating
entities dynamically.
3. Click on the “create new account” option for new user or you can log in if you
are a existing user.

1. With respect to this registration form enter the details.
Theses details are credentials like first name, last name, email,
country, time zone, site name, password and region.
Site name is unique name of your site that you create as a web app
where you communicate with your students.
This site name is used by students for logging in to the site.
The site name is created as “sitename.moodlecloud.com”.

2. The below image shows the details that we entered for creation of our site for
demonstration.

1. After successful creation of your site you will receive an email that has your
log in details.
The message will be of the form,
To manage your account, upgrade to one of our plans and raise support
tickets, you can login to your MoodleCloud Portal.

Functions in moodle cloud
1. Adding a Participants:
Go to the navigation panel in it click site administration then click on the tab users then
select add new users.
By adding the details of student you can add that participant.
The below picture shows the list of participants that are added.

2. Adding a course to the portal:
To add a new course to the portal click on site administration on the navigation panel then
click on courses tab then select the add new course option.
Enter the details of your course then create the course.

3. Adding files to course:
With respect to our date we can add the activity or resource to our course. We have added a
file to our Cloud Computing course.

Conclusion: we have successfully created a moodle cloud site and dynamically created its
participants and enrolled them to exchange knowledge by uploading files.
