PLAN TO IMPLEMENT THE STRATEGY

We want to chose the number 4 strategy.Because this strategy is very helpful for cost cutting and to
improve the quality of Airline.In this strategy we have to introduce the new core that named as the
Engineering core of PIA.The basic function of our this strategy is to give the opportunity to youth of
country.In this strategy the students who cleared there FSC which higher grades are illegible for this
post.There is a proper procedure to select the candidate by tests and then through the merit
list.Those students who are on the merit so they have to give the medical and some other tests and
then the candidates who were selected are called by our organisation.After there selection PIA is
responsible for the completion of the different courses and degree programs for those students.The
expenses that are required for the study of selected candidates is responsibility of our organisation
and PIA signed contract with those candidates who complete there study through PIA and according
to contract they have to work for at least 18 years for our organisation as the Engineer so we would
be able to maintain our planes by our own engineers which effect our cost.And we are also able to
design our own planes through the help of Engineers and improve the quality of our organisation
