Thank you very much for selecting our product for your requirement and we are pleased to count you
amongst our most valued customer at Hitachi Hi-Rel power Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Our system information &
detailed packing note are attached here with for your ready reference.

We will depute our Technical Executives/Engineers to commission the equipment. Before that we request
you to install the UPS system including Auxiliary, ACDB & Batteries as per the G.A drawing and other
manual/statutory guideline. Please also keep the external wiring ready as per the wiring diagram of the
system, and for further detail refer operational manual supplied with the system.

We strongly recommend you to install UPS in dust free & well-ventilated room , and SMFB batteries in an
AC room only. Also LATB/NI-CD batteries must be installed in a separate room.

For LATB batteries, we will supply acid directly at site at the time of commissioning.

Kindly inform us at-least a week advance for your requirement of commissioning engineer. This will help us
in planning commissioning activity at our end.

Please find enclosed here with our Pre-commissioning check list for your ready reference, kindly fill the data
and send this form to us after duly signed & stamped by you. Upon receipt of this form and site readiness
confirmation for commissioning from you, we will depute our engineer for commissioning at mutually agreed
date and as per terms of the contract.

We would like to inform you that , if we find that the site / load / power is not ready for commissioning as
confirmed by you in form, then the next visit of our engineer / idle sitting day of our engineer will be on
chargeable basis.

2. If you want our Engineers to visit twice, once for No Load commissioning and second time for
commissioning on actual load, we would be happy to assist you but in that case there may be
commercial implications.
