We can use the past simple to talk about things we did before. In affirmative, we must use the past form of the verb. There are 2
types of verbs

Para hacer oraciones negativas, utilizamos el auxiliar “didn’t” + V For the negative, don’t change the main verb.
Sin importar que el verbo sea regular o irregular, el verbo vuelve a su Use ‘didn’t’ instead:
forma básica o infinitiva; es decir, sin -ed o sin ningún cambio. play – didn’t play eat – didn’t eat
