CONSTRUCTION OF THE PRESS

The Press will be designed on Pillars, to bear the working pressure of the machine and
having hydraulic cylinders of specification mentioned in the technical data above. A
Power Pack unit which is the power media of the Press is connected. This unit will be
consisting of the elements as described under the heading power pack unit. T slots will be
available for die clamping. Hydraulic press will have two type of speed

Level Indicator, Drain Cock, Suction Strainer, PipeLines, Pipe Fittings will be fitted
on a tank of suitable capacity with all other necessary components to complete the
hydraulic circuit.

ELECTRICAL CONTROL PANEL:-

 P.L.C. Control based Machine.

 Color touches Screen PLC.
 Display shows all the parameters of machine.
 All the controller, relay, switch [ standard make ]
 The panel will be in front of oil tank.

 50% Advance with purchase orders Balance Payment at time of delivery.

 Taxes as per applicable at the time of delivery.
 GST Applicable Invoice.
 Delivery will be made 60-75 days from confirmation, of your valuable Purchase Order
with advance.
 Transportation charges will be charged extra as actual.
