Guards, lagtigtiastnctions for mandatory registration of supplier of goods or services under Shy Te!2°4@ST Act, within the State of Telangana, at the time of entering into agreements with the Government Departments / Undertakings / Authorities to ensure increased compliance and improvement in collection of taxes. The Government after careful consideration issues the following instructions 1. The Departments’ Government Authorities/Entities, shall ensured that, the tenderee/supplier shall obtain the GST Registration in the State of Telangana at time of entering into agreement 4 2. In case of existing contracts, where the Supplier is not registered in the ys State of Telangana, such supplier shall be persuaded to obtain GST ooo registration in the State of Telangana, hereafter. And in case the supplier does not obtain GST registration in the State, it shall be ensured that such oT supplier reports the supplies made to Telangana appropriately in their monthly GST return The instructions issued shall come into effect immediately and shall be followed without exception. The Controlling Departments shall also review this item of work periodically.
