countries.
PREVENTION
Between 30% and 50% of cancer cases could be prevented through some measures
1. Avoid tobacco use, including cigarettes and smokeless tobacco.
2. Maintain a healthy weight to reduce risks.
3. Follow a healthy diet, rich in fruits and vegetables.
4. Exercise regularly to maintain health.
5. Limit alcohol consumption to prevent associated risks.
6. Seek regular medical attention for preventive checkups.
TREATMENT

Radiation therapy: Use of radiation to destroy cancer cells.

Chemotherapy: Use of drugs to fight cancer.
