Ironer Report
Date: 5-Jan-24

Summary:
It has been noticed that sheets were stained due to the ironer when we press sheets specially duvets that are wide. We have encountered
4 sheets that has been stained after it went thru the ironer.

It is also highlighted that the ironer has missing belts which cause napkins and small towels to be stuck inside the ironer.

We request to have the ironer to be immdiately checked and pull-out the stuck napkins inside, and if possible replace the missing belts to prevent
re occurrence of the situation.
