Dear students,
RE: Important Educational Policies/Procedures
| write this letter to communicate the following:
No student is allowed to attend class without registration. Further, no student is allowed
to add his/her name on the attendance list.
ii, Asstudent who comes late to class needs clearance from the SOE administration to
attend class.
ii, A student who missed the previous class needs clearance from the Administration to
attend class.
iv. Class Attendance Signing
a. It is the responsibility of the student to sign class attendance
b. Student class attendance can only be signed during the time the class is being
taught
c. Every student must have a signature that shows no variation. It is not allowed to use
initials for signing class attendance. [Such as P. K. M.]
d. Astudent signing class attendance means the student has attended class in full
€. The following will have serious academic consequences:
Signing class attendance list for a class that one did not attend
Signing class attendance for another student.
Signing for a previously missed class or signing for class in anticipation.
Attempting to put a signature after an “X" is put showing class absence.
Shifting class attendance between “A” and “B.”
Registering and attempting to attend two classes that are scheduled at the
same time
REE CESE Iv. _ Asstudent who fails to abide by the School/College Dress Code will be sent home and/or
suspended from attending class.
vi. Asstudent who fails to follow proper hair style will be sent home and/or suspended from
attending class.
vi. A student who has missed 10% of the total class hours, for whatever reason, will not be
allowed to take final examination for that unit/course.
