OVERVIEW
I have attained some years of professional teaching experience in both homes and schools. I have
predominantly worked in various institutions where I have served as a teacher that can be able to teach
many subjects and served diligently in other administrative and management functions. Furthermore, I
am a determined and enthusiastic individual with a vast capacity to learn and produce excellent results
in the responsiveness of the task where I can demonstrate some of my core strengths such as analytical
thinking, research, problem-solving skills, and being very innovative. I can function independently and
collectively as a unit with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage time
and people effectively, and build positive relationships.
EDUCATION
B.ED, Bachelor Degree of Education in social studies and Government at Milton Margai Technical
University, Freetown Goderich.

MAIN DUTIES
Responsible to ensure that the listing of all structures and households in all EAs in your SA is undertaken
and that the enumeration of all persons in SAs is conducted avoiding omission and double counting. I
was also responsible for the welfare and safety of the staff under your supervision, as well as their
equipment. The census enumeration is not regarded as complete until all enumeration work in the EAs
within the SAs is completed
.
Roles and Responsibilities
Work as a Supervisor without engaging in any other activity during the enumeration; To attend all
training sessions and study the manual so that you understand the key concepts of enumeration and the
questions in the questionnaire;
Study your manual thoroughly to do your work effectively;
Carry your ID cards, introductory letter and tablets at all times. Take care of it so that no damage (unless
beyond your control) occurs;
WORKING EXPERIENCE
Create a positive and encouraging learning environment to prepare pupils and utilize energetic and
creative teaching methods to ensure pupils remain engaged, using a wide variety of teaching resources
such as flashcards and interactive whiteboards
• Develop lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives and preparation for assessments
Maintain an up-to-date record of each pupil's progress within all areas of the curriculum, factoring areas
for improvement and pupil abilities into the teaching methodology Work closely with parents and
careers, providing constructive feedback and discussing their child's needs to incorporate into the
classroom environment
• Record instances of negative pupil behaviour such as disruption and disengagement,
and work closely with parents/carers to rectify these issues in line with school guidelines Support pupils
with any social or bullying issues, managing the issue directly wherever possible and escalating to the
Head Teacher if needed
