Architectural Design 9 Course Adviser

Sir,

As a requirement of the course, may I have the honor to present and

submit my thesis proposal entitled “Brooke’s Point New Green Public Market”

as a partial fulfillment of the Degree of Bachelor of Science in Architecture.

The proposed project aims to provide the following:

1. To Provide a new Green Public Market that is more durable and well

maintained.

2. To provide public market that has properly planned and organized

rentable spaces (stalls/store) and can accommodate those who wants to

be stallholders, and large enough to cater users and vendors during peak

seasons and market day.

3. To provide a support facility such as parking space, eatery plaza and

public toilet that will help improve the daily operations of the market.

4. To provide maintenance facilities that will keep and maintain the public

market to make sure that it will function without any problems for its

everyday operation.
The proposed project will contain problem analysis and conceptualization

of the solution approaches for the sustainable development of the site,

structures, facilities and detail of operations which is essential for its functions.

In connection thereof, data and other related literature are presented for

further satisfaction of the proposed project.
