NOTICE OF AMENDMENT TO ADD PLAINTIFFS

Through this Notice of Amendment to Add Plaintiffs, the Complaint (ECF 1) in James

O’Brien, et al. v. E.I. DuPont de Nemours and Company, et al., 5:20-cv-00208-D shall be

considered as amended to include the following Plaintiffs and the below-listed information regarding

such Plaintiffs:

I. Garrison Armour

a. Place of Residence: 72 Redd Banks Lane, Hampstead, NC 28443

 b. Garrison Armour owns property damaged as a result of the presence of

Defendants’ PFAS chemicals.

c. The harmed property includes, but is not limited to, property located at 72 Redd

Banks Lane, Hampstead, NC 28443.

II. Erica Booher

a. Place of Residence: 5021 Butler Nursery Road, Fayetteville, NC 28306

b. Erica Booher owns property damaged as a result of the presence of Defendants’

PFAS chemicals.

c. The harmed property includes, but is not limited to, property located at 5021

Butler Nursery Road, Fayetteville, NC 28306.

III. Robert Booher

a. Place of Residence: 5021 Butler Nursery Road, Fayetteville, NC 28306

b. Robert Booher owns property damaged as a result of the presence of Defendants’

PFAS chemicals.

c. The harmed property includes, but is not limited to, property located at 5021

Butler Nursery Road, Fayetteville, NC 28306.

IV. Will Francois

a. Place of Residence: 1711 Smoky Canyon Drive, Hope Mills, NC 28348

b. Will Francois owns property damaged as a result of the presence of Defendants’

PFAS chemicals.

c. The harmed property includes, but is not limited to, property located at 1711

Smoky Canyon Drive, Hope Mills, NC 28348.

V. Carol Johnson

a. Place of Residence: 303 Shearwater Drive, Hampstead, NC 28443

b. Carol Johnson owns property damaged as a result of the presence of Defendants’

PFAS chemicals.

c. The harmed property includes, but is not limited to, property located at 303

Shearwater Drive, Hampstead, NC 28443.

VI. Sheila McLamb-Wilcox

a. Place of Residence: 1717 Smoky Canyon Drive, Hope Mills, NC 28348

b. Sheila McLamb-Wilcox owns property damaged as a result of the presence of

Defendants’ PFAS chemicals.

c. The harmed property includes, but is not limited to, property located at 1717

Smoky Canyon Drive and 1725 Smoky Canyon Drive, Hope Mills, NC 28348.

VII. William Neasbitt

a. Place of Residence: 1051 Besalt Drive, St. Pauls, NC 28384

b. William Neasbitt owns property damaged as a result of the presence of

Defendants’ PFAS chemicals.

c. The harmed property includes, but is not limited to, property located at 1051

Besalt Drive, St. Pauls, NC 28384.

VIII. Sandra Oglesby

a. Place of Residence: 1508 Rockhill Road, Castle Hayne, NC 28429

b. Sandra Oglesby owns property damaged as a result of the presence of Defendants’

PFAS chemicals.

IX. Premier Choice Investments, LLC

a. Place of Business: Pembroke, NC

b. Premier Choice Investments, LLC owns property damaged as a result of the

presence of Defendants’ PFAS chemicals.

c. The harmed property includes, but is not limited to, property located at 5708

Parkton Road, Hope Mills, NC 28348.

X. Daniel Ridgen

a. Place of Residence: 5450 Ahoskie Drive, Hope Mills, NC 28348

b. Daniel Ridgen owns property damaged as a result of the presence of Defendants’

PFAS chemicals.

c. The harmed property includes, but is not limited to, property located at 3955

Tranquility Road and 1477 Wilmington Hwy., Fayetteville, NC 29106.

XI. Nancy Scott

a. Place of Residence: 226 E. Blackbeard Road, Wilmington, NC 28409

b. Nancy Scott owns property damaged as a result of the presence of Defendants’

PFAS chemicals.

c. The harmed property includes, but is not limited to, property located at 306 Shore

Point, Wilmington, NC 28411.

XII. Walter Scott

a. Place of Residence: 226 E. Blackbeard Road, Wilmington, NC 28409

XIV. Lisa M. Spell

a. Place of Residence: 7600 Concord Church Road, Autryville, NC 28318

b. Lisa M. Spell owns property damaged as a result of the presence of Defendants’

PFAS chemicals.

c. The harmed property includes, but is not limited to, property located at 7600

Concord Church Road and 7552 Concord Church Road, Autryville, NC 28318.

XV. Nixon Lewis Spell, Jr.

a. Place of Residence: 7600 Concord Church Road, Autryville, NC 28318

b. Nixon Lewis Spell, Jr. owns property damaged as a result of the presence of

Defendants’ PFAS chemicals.

c. The harmed property includes, but is not limited to, property located at 7600
