Batak is an unrecognized and endangered

A.K.A
indigenous language in the Philippines, used
by the Batak people of Palawan. Batak falls
under the Austronesian, Malayo-Polynesian
language category. While direct proof is
Tinitianes,
limited, it is believed that this language is Palawan
primarily spoken by adults as their first Batak, Battak
language (Ethnologue n.d.).
