RE: Letter of resignation from my position as Student Adviser Head

Dear Ms. Pescadero,

Greetings of joy!

Please accept this letter as notice of my resignation as the school’s Student Adviser Head due to
some constraints I am concerned about.

I was elected by the majority to be the SA Head of this institution incentivizing me with an additional
compensation of Five Hundred Pesos (P500) as part of my monthly incentive. The opportunity was
too exciting for me to decline but after a careful consideration, I realized, in the practical means, that
it is much better in my part to handle a class instead.

It soon came to my attention that the abovementioned amount is only given that is if I will not incur
any absences in my regular classes or else lose it in my end. In addition, unlike the previous SA Head
in the Classic Department, he was given an advantage of having more numbers of buddies over his
subordinates (SA teachers) which I do not.

It has been a pleasure working with you and the academic staff over the past three months. One of
the highlights of my job description was collaborating with the SA department, accounting staff and
the admin office. The SA family is poised for continued growth, and I wish you a more intact bond.

As I descend my position, I am still willing to extend my utmost assistance in building this family in a
much more organized and established organization. I would like to help with the transition of my
accounting duties so that the systems continue to function smoothly after I resign.

Thank again for the opportunity to work for the Student Adviser Department and I look forward to
staying with the team as a Student Adviser Assistant/Teacher.

Sincerely Yours,

LYLE REY G. RABASANO
