OWNs The outbound experiential company aims to provide tangible and sustainable positive changes in the work culture and leadership of organizations. Since the companys foundation in 2010, OWNs has become eastern Indias premiere experiential learning house in the research, development and creation of experiential learning content and modules. OWNs is supported by XLRI management institute, NAF, Odyssey Wonders Tourism and Solution Pvt Ltd. It is Indias only company that uses Emotional Intelligence, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and 360 degree feedback system for all its training modules. Primary Objective is to trigger the participants to come up with solutions that can be implemented back in corporate and work life. We do derive knowledge from Kolbs work of experiential learning, presented through a specially designed mix of activities covering each and every competence required for a true leader. Participant organizations have gained immensely from our experiential modules. The success is a combination of many things including our commitment to independent and on going research, high delivery standards, reputed panel of trainers and mentors, and our relentless pursuit of excellence. Experiential learning is constructivist learning, where students are active learners, constructing their own knowledge, rather than observing the demonstrative behaviour of a teacher. Such learning may involve one or more of the following instructional strategies: experiments, field observations, field trips, focused imaging, games, model building, role plays, simulations, surveys

Break the groups into teams. The size of the group will be dependent on the number of participants. This team composition will remain the same throughout the entire workshop.
Each team will be monitored by the same assigned trainer through out. This will enable us to identify the each team strengths, weakness and repeated patterns. This allows us to provide feedback tailored to the needs of each team.
