MOTION

Defendants, by counsel and unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully

state that:
1. The above-entitled case was scheduled for Pre-Trial Conference on
______________ o’clock in the afternoon;

2. During the Pre-trial, Defendants marked the following Exhibits:

3. Upon perusal of the records, Tax Declaration No. - was identified as

Exh. 2 in the Judicial Affidavit of Defendant;

4. In order to conform to the Judicial Affidavit of Defendant, it is

necessary to include Tax Declaration No. 07-in the Exhibits for the
Defendants;

5. Furthermore, since the representative from the Office of the Registry of

Deeds of *** would be testifying on the instant case, it is also fitting to
include in the markings KOT Blg. CARP201 in the name of Carmen be
also included in the Exhibits;
 6. Hence, the Exhibits for the Defendants be re-marked as follows:

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed that the

additional Exhibits be included in the records as hereto attached and that the
markings for the Defendants previously made during the Pre-trial be duly
