Site Location: Bangalore


Site Dimension : 15m x 20m
Buildable Area: 8m x 8m x 8m
Typology: Residence

The residence was designed for


a family of four, husband being
a lawyer, wife a dance instructor
and two children.

The main design criteria was to


use mutiple levels, to break the
monotony of the cube(push and
pull the cube and create micro
elements like stairs, landing ,
balcony etc

The main aim of the project was


to retain the original form of the
cube while creating levels

Varying ceiling heights are created to enhace the spatial
quaility of the building. It also creates curiosity and interest
among the users

charm while enhancing functionailty,
creating a vibrant and modern mar-
ket place that caters to the needs
of local residents and tourists alike.

Location: Devaraja Market, Mysuru


Site Area: 7.97 acres
